Welcome to the SYNCOLLECTIVE FAQ page!

Whether you‘re a new or existing member, this page is designed to answer any questions you may have about our gym. From membership packages to classes, amenities and more, we‘ve got you covered.

At SYNCOLLECTIVE, we strive to provide the best possible fitness experience for our members, and this page is just one of the many ways we do that. So if you have any questions, don‘t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email we‘re here to help!

We require one months’ notice on Monthly Flexi, Student Flexi and Corporate Flexi memberships. Notice can be given by speaking to a member of staff in club or by emailing leicester@syncollective.co.uk. Our 12-month subscription require the remaining balance to be paid.

We have top of the range equipment from Hammer Strength and LifeFitness. As well as over 50 stations to workout on, we have a bespoke functional rig for our members to enjoy.

Once signed up, you will be offered a PT taster session by one of our qualified staff. In this session our personal trainers will show you how to get the most out of the equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.

Yes, we’ll be running classes which will be free of charge for our members. There will be mixed and women’s only classes.

Personal Training will be available in club.
